I have been in Accenture Operations for more than 5 years and now want to switch to the Technology part of Accenture by completing a few certification courses like MYSQL, PYTHON etc. Does Accenture support this movement from operation to technology?

As of now in operation my experience is mixed, like 1st year was not so good, then 2nd and 3rd year were really good. And 4th was average and 5th was so-so. See, I believe both tech and ops are kind of same in respect of management interference. But moving to technology is for career growth only and to learn new things as well.
