Trending @Accenture; Does accenture provides a buyout option?

I have an offer from HCL and initially they were agree for 3 months notice period, now they are asking to join early, does accenture will agree for buyout or early release. Also is HCL can take their offer back in this kind of situations? Experience people please comment on this.
