I am on notice period and my manager and lead is asking me to stay saying accenture can provide market correction and match the salary. Is market correction something that accenture provide?

In the name of correction you'll get peanuts, for them market correction is their Accenture standards which is low anyways.

Yes it might be true because in the last 2 years I haven't received a salary hike and my salary is above 30 lakhs which I reached 2 years ago for 10 years of experience.
