Trending @Accenture; Does accenture monitor ?
Employes come and go on their own time... Does anyone monitor people on bench, are they coming to office or not? Are they attending meetings or not ? Does it matter even people are not coming to office but also not on any leave ?
Accenture does keep track of attendance, but the focus is more on project needs. Bench folks might have different expectations, but it's not as strict.
What about people with training, they should attend virtual training from office. But some people don't come to office just attend from home. ??? Does anyone will get to know ? Or will take any action??
You need to login and give attendance on a link as early as possible. But yes monitoring is done. It's not lenient in any way. You are pushed to join various trainings. Do other kinds of excel sheet work.
Last but not the least Accenture forces you to work on skills which you don't like. For example if you are a Donet developer but there are no projects they will ask you to train on testing or other skills based on stupid demands of delivery managers. So by the time you get out of Accenture there's not one skill you have actually worked on. All are support work. And if some other company asks for relevant experience you have to lie. Not for this very reason you won't get any calls from product based companies until and unless you lie on your resume.
As for bench monitoring the entry of each card to facility in and out report is sent to Senior managers. So if you are on the bad side of any manager these reports come into play.
