Yes they provide, in my case. I will tell you go dipa ask for BH vehicle number process, it will give you full process and it's very easy. They are very prompt towards the request and tickets. And it again it's not for lease vehicle. I bought 700 ax7l And thanks to Accenture team I got bh number.

Yes, but you will have to take car on lease through Accenture

I asked this same question a couple of weeks back and got no response.
