Trending @Accenture; Does Accenture encounters counter offer while resigning ?
Its been around 2 years and 5 months I have joined Accenture as a fresher. Current CTC is 5.25. I want to make a switch for MERN stack developer role. If I resign will Accenture provide me a better package than current? If yes, then let me know. And if no, then please list out some other good companies who are hiring now.
No once resigned from Accenture you have to spend 18month cooling period. Post which you will be able to reach apply in Accenture. You can try to join in Accenture competitors like Infosys or TCS . My recommendation would be joining product based org and not service based. Service based org are better when you are old and plan to retire in last 5-6years and want to take thing calmly for long duration without worries about salary or work loads.

All depends on your skill and the business need. If your lead thinks they need to retain uou in the team and you are critical they might counter offer else no. Also usually these happen in next review cycle. Given current market conditions highly unlikely
