My new TL is kinda forcing me to document the things that is pending and why I didn't perform However I have explained the situation yet she try to convince me that if we document things it will easier for us.

What's my action point on that please do let me know guys Or she is using the documentation for there own needs ? Help me guys

Yesterday I face technical issue with my laptop and can't work properly so I have extended my shift till 12 pm night
