The person who speaks and is visible to the client more will get the promotion not who works, this is what I have seen in my project.

For my capability, it is the ones who work with leadership in internal projects that get promoted. If you work more for project then nothing in store for you.

In my project the du lead is biased, he promotes the colleagues working with him from the start and doesn't value new talent.

Promotion time depends on your projects dependency on you. If you are easily replaceable, forget it bruh. You're just a tool to them to get the majdoori done
