Trending @Accenture; Do we need to work on notice period you know that your manager is giving you lower ratings as you are leaving

Don't work.. Delay every work😅.. That's what I am doing.. They gave me very bad review... I was the key resource in team suddenly they started behaving weird just because I chose more money...

My manager every time call me "here comes the rich guy" in scrum call😂😂.. Because I got a 120% hike and he is working on a 10% hike that too came after 3 yrs..

So just do bare minimum and enjoy on next opportunity

People don't work when they aren't on notice, why are you worrying about working in notice period. You are already given a bad rating as you're leaving, just chill and relax.
