Performance pay is definitely not happening in June Cycle.. As also mentioned in the thread, it happens in November cycle for S&C..

Mass promotion cycle has been shifted to June..Variable pay payout is still December..

Not likely, for S&C the incentive cycle happens in November.

Approval is pending with higher S&C leadership.. My practice MD is my people lead..he told that things will be clearer by 10th May..
