Yes, Accenture does have buy out option, but -

1. Its depends on your dependecy in your current project. 2. Reason for early release or buy out.
2. And obviously it depends on your manager.

Its not that straight but achiveable if you have any genuine reason. Or since market is not doing that great, you might have chance to ask for that.
