Trending @Accenture; Do interviewers/recruiters keep candidate records?

Do interviewers or recruiters keep track of candidate records? I quit two interviews in the middle due to rude behaviour by the interviewers. After that I didn't pick the calls from HR as well. So do companies/HRs keep track of this and possibly ruin my opportunities in future?

Yeah, they might keep records, but it's not a guarantee. Just focus on being professional in future interviews, and you should be fine.

Lol I was not unprofessional. It was the interviewers who were unprofessional.

Infact what I wanted to know is if there is some standard practice for companies to keep such records.

Rude in the sense not abusive but kind of showing ego/asking personal questions about facial features/kind of getting angry saying - "Man come to the point, I don't want to know abt those things" etc. for my polite responses to his questions. I understand sometimes you may give wrong answers/might not be relevant answers but they have no right to be angry and say come to my point blah blah.

You could have given feedback to the hr at least. But that’s fine there are thousands of companies to work for. If interviewers behave like that those companies are not worth working for.
