Trending @Accenture; Do I need to accept a new project before I join?

I'm going to join Accenture in the first week of January. My manager recently called up and asked me to join a project which needs me to WFO 5 days a week. During the interview I was told WFO will be once a week. Can I refuse saying that it won't be possible and to give another project? I live 30 km away from the office. Traveling 5 days a week in Bangalore will take a toll on my health with all the metro construction going on, it'll take 4-5 hours per day on the commute. Additionally, it will also dig a hole in my pocket. Any suggestions are welcome.
