Trending @Accenture; Discussion with manager

Working as analyst from last 2 year and giving best results and amazing performance but got no hike from last 2 year which is very demotivating. I am thinking to discuss with manager regarding same and asking for promotion to next level for my performance. When would the priorities and discussions will be done or which month is best to schedule call and should i include HR for the same as well?
