Trending @Accenture; Discussion on hike/promotions for Nov cycle
I am CL 9 with MAL 18. I joined a new project in June . In my current project, I am directly working with clients... There no one from accenture side who knows what I am doing .
My people's lead is a manager for another project. She is not actively engaged in my current project.
In my situation, I am not sure on what basis feedback will be provided.
Also , I am expecting a promotion or a decent hike for Nov as I didn't receive anything in sept cycle.
I am not sure how to ask .. can anyone suggest ?
The promotion budgets are very low. There are people with 36-48 months MAL who are not getting promoted, also if you were not tagged as a TP in the previous cycle the chances are much lower. So honestly don’t expect any promotions. Hike will also depend on the rating and the budgets applicable difficult to predict, wait till November.
Do you think if talent discussions have started already for Nov ?

Same happened to me my people lead is from other projects I asked him directly about ase promotion as I was ase and shared my manager feedback for my performance
