Trending @Accenture; Discrepancy in BGC

Hi All, I have recently joined Accenture. Actually my BGC got on hold mentioning that I have not submitted the required documents.

I have already submitted all the documents asked in the email. Still I again got the email today that my BGC is on hold.

Also, my Previous company was GlobalLogic Technologies Private Limited but idk how but on their portal it's GlobalLogic India Private Limited. Can someone please guide me whom to connect to resolve this descrepency? And what could be the possible actions ?

I have all the relevant documents for GlobalLogic Technologies Private Limited.
