Trending @Accenture; Disappointed with the hike and bonus

After 2.1 years of experience I got promoted to analyst with a 18.5 percent hike. My current base pay is 5 lpa. I am very disappointed with the hike. Can anyone suggest to whom to reach? What to do next? Should I start looking outside?

18.5 is good hike. Only problem is your base pay. Switch is best option. I don’t think reaching out to someone can help
