Trending @Accenture; Disappointed and dissatisfied with mid year cycle

I was promoted to CL 11 in September 2022 and received a raise at that time. Since then, I haven't had any further salary increases. Recently, I received a 7.5% variable pay, which is extremely low given my four years of experience at Accenture. It's clear that Accenture is not adequately valuing its long-term employees.
