Trending @Accenture; Dilemma(Please help‼️) -Resignation Information not given by Lead to Project Manager ( NP remaining is 27 days)

Resignation Information not given by my lead to Project Manager ( NP remaining is 27 days). People lead is saying we should wait for 10 more days to inform the project manager. Entire project team is not aware about my resignation. I don’t know that how in 15 days they will find my replacement. I requested my people lead thrice please we should inform the project manager but he is not listening. Why my people lead is behaving like this ? Is he correct on his part ? What should I do ?
