Trending @Accenture; Did anyone receive mail to become P3 expert in primary skill?

I tried to give the assessment test today, still I got a P2. What is this mail about? Does it impact our bonus or hike? Do we really get hike for mid year?

It stays one of distinguishing factor in case there is one slot for promotion and 2 people have almost same performance. I would say try to get P3/P4 and highlight it to management during PA discussion.

If I get P2 in Primary Skill but P3 in Secondary skill how it impacts?

Primary is of higher importance. Secondary will be considered if primary skill of both resources are at same skill set

Try to give it after 30 days. You can give as many times as you can. It has an impact on hike and bonus.
