Why Accenture is becoming like so called Indian IT companies.No professionalism in leadership
Because Wherever Indian will involved..the will show their actual image and limit..what pathetic and wrist they can do for employees baring their own growth and package...while selection process they promise to company as much as they will generate the benifit
Positions of the managers is they have committed the things to employees, but the situation with accenture is not as it was previously..accenture leadership is not doing anything and managers are on stake here currently..but unfortunately it will be a loss for all..nad now we may see lot of attritions
They always meet in morning conduct 45min standups , ask "where are we upto" every 1hr, ask hundreds of questions for single leave request. Too many tasks to deal with so they gotta take regular breaks and enjoy their life. It must be really hard for them to suck out the blood of us.

My manager every alternative day! And he is the best at micro managing things. He plans to give pip who takes more than 1 sick leave in project. But he is like always OOO 🤣
