Trending @Accenture; Did anyone got warning or something for not visiting office in a week?
Hi all,I just wanted to know what are the consequences if we don't make to office atleast a day in a week. How People Lead or HR handle it.
Everything depends on your relationship with lead, I don't even question anyone for a week or two given they inform in advance neither does the HR
Thanks for your response, not all leads are same like you, I asked my lead for Diwali week WFH he was not happy after that , even for medical conditions he won't and same HR. I am away for a week , I wanted to know what consequences will happen if anyone not make it to office a week or so.
Nothing happens, but as you know some people are egoistic they will just remind of the same every now and then. Just do one thing go 2 days a week some other week and say you compensated for it. But in general nothing happens
I have 2 juniors under me. I always tell them, if they do not comply with RTO, then to inform me well before and write a mail to me stating why and ccing the HR. I always say approved from my end and raise exception case on the tool. Do one thing, in case you miss RTO, just go to office 2-3 times a week for the next 1-2 weeks. Even a 30 min swipe in counts. Once I went to office, had 1 cup of coffee, charged my laptop for 30 mins and left and it was still counted.
I dont understand why people lead are egoistic and doing micro management. If your reportee delivering work then u can ignore his office attendance.

Yes, I got mail from my manager, management asked him to send mail and ask reason for not RTO.
