Did anyone got hike from September or rewards portal show any hike? I am not asking those who got promoted. I am asking other than people who got promoted
Yes, I'm not promoted as not showing on rewards portal. But yeah it's showing hike. Also my People lead is not even aware of it could be possible bcz wrong people lead name showing on Rewards portal
There might be changes in people lead for many teams due to the promotions effective from september
My reward portal is showing statements till 1 june 2025. I joined on May 24. Does it mean that I didn't get any hike or there is still some hope. I am loaned out resources and everyone else in the new team got a hike and promotion except me
There is December cycle coming. Did your lead told which month cycle applies to you for hike?
It seems an adjustment of current pay with market rate as per skills. The people lead showing different on rewards portal is because these hikes are released from leadership mostly.

I also got 3% in june but again got
I got in June 3% so no hope now
I joined Accenture in June 2023, my performance is not so good May i eligible for promotion
