Trending @Accenture; Did anyone gone through PIP

Currently I am going through the PIP process and the weekly task assigned to me is hard to complete, my manager gave me task on new technology that I have never worked on, did anyone went through the same situation, what would be if I will not able to complete it, I am also working on project alongwith PIP , I am not getting sufficient time, will they ask me to put resignation same day or terminate same day without notice period?

I am also in pip doing project related task 1st week went fine completed
2nd week feedback is pending and manager now not replying on time

So what should I do ??

Did they ask a lot of questions related to tasks or you just presented it and they said ok

See.. if your task are something which you can not do easily or those irrelevant then your manager want you to go out.. Harsh but true. If he is helping you in terms of completion of task via others help then you are saved. I have gone through this.
