Trending @Accenture; Did anyone get a reply for the relocation request?

I previously submitted a relocation request through MS Forms in the RTO query post (the form is no longer available since AST portal is active) and also sent a mail with the Manager approval to ATCI transfer and i got a reply that it will be forwarded to the central team for processing on Feb 12 but got no reply after that, anyone know what's the next step in this?
