Trending @Accenture; Denied promotion TL to AM only vb.. low budget...and not sure though to look for a same role in next company need advise
Working for a dimond client they don't even have budget to replace non functioning headphones.... Already was aware of this out ome...but thinking of moving out of accenture..as I feel I am working dorm 10 am to 9pm always in calls swamped into some other world no time for a break or rest as it's both WFH and work for home...been like this forr 2 years as mom of 2...
Out of touch of outside world ... Not able to get interview calls....out of coding and mid level management....
Not sure if this what I want to continue in new company
Leave Accenture they won't promote you, going from TL to Am the budget rarely ever is available.
Once you have more than 10 years of experience they won't ask you much technical. They will be looking at your managerial skills only. Have clear understanding of your tech is enough. You can look outside there is opportunity outside.
