Trending @Accenture; Deliberately not giving hikes so people will leave by themselves
I have heard that Accenture is not giving hikes and promotions so that people will leave by themselves. If they really want this, then they should change some of their policies too.
And the major among them should be:
REDUCE NOTICE PERIOD.
If Accenture wants people to leave, reducing the notice period could indeed help. However, it's their internal policy decision. Employees should focus on their career growth and opportunities.
Most recruiters these days want people on immediate basis.
Big company like Amazon has only 1 month of notice, don't know what Accenture thinks about the knowledge its employees has, that it will take 3 months to do that knowledge transfer.
Do you get variable pay if you are in notice period
They want people to work for them for longer hours with less payment for as long as they can. That's why 3 months of slavery.
