Trending @Accenture; Delhi NCR - WFH
Why companies are not providing WFH while lungs of people are affecting a lot.

I also thought of this, the top management stay with their family in ncr with air purifiers in home and when we want to have same, they form idiotic policies, honestly feels like a puppet to them.

Bigger concern is why do people live in such a city, then asking organisation who pay them money to do the work to not change their policy?

I can answer that, if you are north indian and you have lived most of your life in north. apart from Ncr you can't go anywhere randomnly, going to southern part of country itself is too difficult initially. Where one can go in north, Jaipur, Indore, Calcutta... Jaipur Indore is not a big IT hub, where companies have major projects, after getting project we can realocate or not that a different path. P.S. Calcutta doesn't fit culturally for most of north indians, hence only major cities one can go for good opportunities is Ncr.
And also we understand they are paying us money, but that doesn,t buy healthy life one expects. We are not saying to change your whole policies, but to tweak when its about health.

Then I can also answer this.
Change the organisation which pays you to live a lifestyle which you can live in a polluted city, it is as simple as that.
Again this might sound harsh, but you cannot blame or ask a organisation to change policy because of pollution and other factors. Imagine working in organisation which already has 5/3 days of working from office.

2 days a week is more important

They will wait for government advisory and the main thing is that the government will not accept the pollution issue else they will be asked more questions on pollution control. So better be in denial mode and say there is no pollution.

Companies should give air purifiers and N95/99 masks to employees in Delhi NCR..

That is why company is transferring people out of Delhi NCR to locations like Pune and Bangalore. They care of employees health. 😛
