Rumours has it that Accenture is planning to delay the Hike and Promotions planned for Jun25 to Nov25. Anyone aware of this?
Nope its not true. If this happens Accenture will loose its left over credibility also. Also i can see lot of rumours based on own mind, tell me the source of this rumour ?
They didn't give hike for two years. If that didn't make people quit, they are now hoping they would quit after RTO. Of course there are going to be no hikes this time too. They are just trying to squeeze the employees out of the organization for cost cutting.
This is worst for all its employees who have been loyal to them from last 3 years
Whatever happens, but if continues then Accenture will loose its credibility
No it will not as they are continuously hiring in good package with same experience and they made in top 10 also in world Eventually they will make their name consistent in market

Does this affect the default hikes for freshers who complete one year for this may?
This is true.. no hike unless promoted this cycle.. Confirmed by HR
What I've heard is there won't be any hikes at same level, only hikes will be for promotees
