Trending @Accenture; Delay in auto-release after challenging a soft lock

Hi y'all, fresher here. So, there's this project who has put me on soft-lock since the past 5 days and I had expressed no interest in joining since it was a support role.

Now, new projects aren't being able to lock me for the same reason. On my request, a project has placed a challenge yesterday. How much time until the old one is auto-released (if at all?) PS - I've contacted HR, Bench POC & previous lock PMO as well. Please advise veterans 🫡
