I joined Accenture on September 2022.Its almost two years now when I will expect the default promotion somebody saying September,somebody saying December,May I know the exact month?

You'll get promoted in December. The default promotion happens in the next cycle after you complete 2 years.

Maybe dec because if it was to be for sept you would have got confirmation by aug last week by your lead
