I saw a random post in grapevine that they have revised the default promotion from 24months to 15 months is that true ?

Yes it is... My hr had a discussion with my tl amd manager regarding that, it seems that hr is pushing me for promotion but team is not intrested... we need to collect some article/evidence to show to our team so that we can get promotion..

The only way I was promoted to cl 11 was via fast track promotion I.e. via tech leap exam
