I am at CL-9 and will be completing 2 years in Accenture in Next month. Can I expect default promotion after completion of 2 years?

Same. Underpaid, and over exhausted. Still getting passed on due to a lot of reasons including “gender diversity”. Got to know there’s good promotions and hike this year. Let’s see now.

You need to be charging 100% in project but also contribute to the company with some extra work as they +1. Then there are chances that you might get promoted.
