Hi All, I will be rolled off from the current project this month and I will be completing 2 years 1month this month so as I have heard (not from managers)that this coming March I will be getting promotion itseems i.e. default promotion so to get this do I have to be in a project or I will get promoted to analyst though I am on bench. Please someone answer...
Make sure that you will in project by Feb, so that it's easy to get promoted in March cycle.Being on project is somewhat safe than bench on promotions time.
My manager said at the end of January I will get a roll off, so is this going to affect my promotion!!!
