There is no default promotion for level 11. Based on project budget and promotion slots, your supervisor needs to recommend you for promotion. Do let your supervisor know about your aspiration to move to the next level and keep working hard. Improve your primary skill proficiency.

Thank you for information.. how much minimum months or years to be completed to get promoted any idea ? Or it is also same as mentioned above..TIA

There is no minimum experience but 12 months and above should be good enough.. with good proficiency of P3 + on time delivery + no escalations
