Trending @Accenture; Default hike and bonus doubt after 1 year

I joined as an ASE (Level 12) on 30th September 2024 and it is going to be one year soon. I was on bench earlier and now I have been moved to a project, but there is no work since they are saying there is no client demand.

My question is, will I still get the default salary hike after completing one year or is it dependent on project allocation and work? Also, do we get a joining bonus after completing one year?

I guess joining bonus you should've already received with first month salary, regarding hike, yes you will get and you will also get the default variable pay, whatever is given in your project..
