I have received default promotion and hike from associate to analyst last year last may cycle.

No hike in November cycle.

2021 - 2023 march 2 year at 12, May 2023-May 2024 at level 11.

Is there any DEFAULT hike after completing 1 year for level 11?

They can Say "market condition" for not giving project performance based hike as they did in November.

hahahahahah I've been in lvl 11 for about 2.8 years and only got hike once :) dont think it'll be done this cycle 'market condition' ya know

I wont agree to this,if they want to promote you your performance and market cindition wont matter and if they dont want to promote then again-performance and market condition wont matter.
