Trending @Accenture; Deciding between employers
Hey folks, I've been selected as part of campus placements to join Accenture as a Decision Science Analyst in S&C. In the meantime, a startup I was interning at offered me FTE as Data Scientist and may match Accenture's package. The startup is in the seed stage but has decent funding from reputable backers. While I'm leaning towards Accenture, I've heard a lot about the work culture and politics that are somewhat concerning. I'm looking for insights from people inside Accenture, especially in S&C Global Network, that could help me make an easier decision. TIA!

Startup anyday
Accenture only if you can do politics

Depends on your riske appetite. Accenture would be more stable but startup will have more work and learning opportunities. Accenture will have a planned path for you vs in a start up you would get to explore more in terms of tech.
If the startup is good and a bit stable and you are sure that they will stick with you for a couple of years and pay salary atleast go there learn and you can anyway come back to Accenture later.

Don't go for ACN ull regret
