Try to handle from the last 1 year in hope that if I continue to talk nicely, help them may the situation change. But they are thinking it's my weakness. It's getting worse day by day

I will tell you from my own experience.. I asked release from the project due to role change as I was incorrectly put in different roles and responsibilities when I asked release they put negative feedback comments and rolled me off.but I am still ok atleast i for released but see they put all false comments .. although worked for entire year .

Azure cloud admin and server admin with hand on experience in ansible terraform and kubernetes. I have 2.3 years of experience.

Also I have tried to leave project citing different problems but they are not letting me leave this project
