I have joined Accenture in July 2023 as ASE and was promoted to Analyst in March 2025. I performed really well throughout my tenure, what are the chances of receiving a hike in Dec 2025 ?

This year is transition year or first year when appraisal cycle is shifting to June

So there is no 100% clarity on hikes, guidelines are yet to be released by central HR team

If you’re promoted in summer 2025 then chances are very low for hike in december even if you perform very well. Saying from multiple sources experience
