This kind of no hike and no promotion never happened until 2022. After 2022,a lot of projects were terminated due moonlight guys took over projects to other companies.Because of that existing employees suffering with no hikes and return to the office.
Layoffs are on the way.Already from my team one colleague had been laid off.
I am not sure whether including me or any will be in the layoffs list.

Layoff is better in this condition, with a 90 day notice period switching jobs is difficult. In case of Layoff company pays 3 month notice period+ leave balance + gratuity, which is enough to survive for 6 months to 1 year and as immediate joiners you will get a job easily.
Before 2022 there was an year wher Accenture gave hike thrice in an year.. so be positive.. Accenture being one of the best pay master in service industry.
June 2026 no hike and very less promotion.
