My SM and M said they dint knew this . They have no role in this and this is HR driven policies we cant help you . If you want to relocate or retag to other location of project in the city take help of PMO . So when they need us to work they all bounce over us and now when we need their help they cant help saying its HR policies . So your employees suffer mentally and pressured from work from all sides but they wont help

Guys there was no policy as such related to mandate RTO for more than a day. There was a leadership call today and they clearly called out that it will be only 1 day WFO till June.
Completely depends. It was never 1 day to for me. Always gas been 2 days / nights rto.
It's been almost 2 months since I haven't been following any kind of RTO nonsense. Let's see what i have to face in future.
