Why more often they are internally moving people from one deal to other as a shared resource or sometimes completely? What might be the reason?

It’s simple, they will open position for cricket players then they will select best cricket players,
Now they know they have players for cricket but they want them to play football now, learn football, fools thinking they will get two outputs from one player, and in learning football resource will forget how to play cricket.
Now they will hire again cricket players Mean while new football players already left either by switching
