Trending @Accenture; Data and AI sounds promising but is it?

Hi, Recently attended the Brews and Breakthrough offline meet which mind you happened across cities where DU leads and MD level people showed up.

A lot of chirping around increasing competency level and upskilling resources, getting more certification done especially if you're in any data oriented project.

I've already discussed with my manager about how good the mid year cycle budget is, turns out they don't have any mid-year budget. I am thinking if this certification drive and getting us to upskill is to just keep us occupied as they approach the mid year cycle, few free certification is not going to compensate for the pennies we received last year and it sort of seems like we'll get those pennies again.

Thinking about switching now, I don't know if I should stay here for some while to get those freebies. C11, YOE : 2 year 9 months Tech: Informatica PWC, Oracle SQL, Github, TWS Started as an ASE here.

Got promoted in 2022 November cycle, haven't spoken about promotion with my manager. Hesitating to ask as the last one month I've lost my zeal to work as I've been working tirelessly since getting promoted to SE. I have overworked and asked for more resources in the project but because of low budget nothing is in process.

Should I stay here and wait to get to SSE or any hike or shall I start looking outside?
