I have 4 yrs of experience in testing. I am interested in moving to data analyst /web analytics role as they are demand in tech. But i dont have experience in this .and we can also they are seeking only for experienced roles.i need guidance like how to get job in this domain?
Practice my friend.. Draw a roadmap and go through stuff sequentially.. Learn Excel, SQL, basic statistics, BI tool and make a 6 months study plan and keep building.. You get there eventually. One step at a time.. Meanwhile you are studying make your network strong and talk to ppl who are in the field.. by 4-5 th month start attempting interviews so that you will start gaining confidence. To crack anything you just need to be consistent and bounce back whenever you derail.. Hope this helps..
