Trending @Accenture; Dark situation for bench guys

Why are so many people on bench for so many months now recently?

Like does Accenture not have projects left to provide or is it just that they are not releasing projects due to some plan?

The situation has become so bad that those trained in streams such as Java Backend are getting support projects or in worst case none and managers are also not being collaborative enough like "okay, I'll inform you" or "sorry no role" like your damn name is given on jobs portal for the stream projects.
