Trending @Accenture; Currently I have P3, if I give the exam again and do not perform well, will the competency level get reduce or be the same?

Whichever is the highest will stay but there is expiration recently added like you achieve P3 in last month expire will be next year same month post that if you give test and you get P2 it will change to P2...but within this 1 year which ever highest will stay

It will remain the same

If you fail then it will be same

Always higher continues

Same P3 will continue
