Trending @Accenture; Current Bench Policy?

Hi All, my project is finished and I just came to bench. What is the current policy? Within how many days I have to get a project to be safe? Will they lay off if we won’t get project? I am L9 and Functional testing role. Kindly share your experiences. Thanks
