Trending @Accenture; CTS or LTI? which one to choose?

I got offers in CTS and LTIMindtree, CTS Package -14 (including 70k variable pay) , LTIMindtree package- 15LPA( Only fixed). Which is the best company to work for in terms of hike and work life balance. Which can I choose?
