Trending @Accenture; CTC Recovery on Salary

Hi all, this my salary is 1500~ less than usual, one checking the payslip can see the income has been deducted litte much more than usual. And also there is one extra field I the payslip called CTC RECOVERY, for that also they have deducted some money. Any idea what is this? Y'all checked your payslip?
